While Seymour is browsing the wholesale flower district, a sudden eclipse of the sun occurred, and when the light returned this weird plant had appeared. The little plant does not thrive in his new environment and appears to be dying. Seymour questions why his little plant should be doing so poorly when he takes such good care of it. He accidentally pricks his finger on a rose thorn which draws blood, and AUDREY II's (
he named his plant)pod opens thirstily.
Seymour realizes that Audrey II requires blood to survive.
At the Whipple company Store & Museum the strange and interesting plant has been spotted. However, there is a valid explanation for this occurrence. The Acting Studio of Lutz, Florida, under the direction of Victoria and Dan Watson is taking the show on the road. 2 very spectacular performances of The Little Shop Of Horrors will grace the stage in Fayette County, West Virginia.
So, if you like musicals, man eating plants,or sixties sci-fi, mark the date and stop by to witness this spectacle, and please remember: DON'T FEED THE PLANTS!
