We need A Roof
The Appalachian Heritage Educational Museum is a non-profit organization incorporated and dedicated to the support, restoration and preservation of this One Of A Kind  Coal Camp  Company Store known to most as Whipple. The coal mining artifacts, coal history, and  heritage of the West Virginia Coal miner and families are preserved, displayed and exhibited  within the walls of this 1890 timeless treasure. Your monetary contribution is needed to carry on the preservation process of this historical building. No donation is to small. 

Financial support of the museum is through individual donations, gift shop sales, and fundraising events sponsored by the museum.
The museum continues to be a "work in progress" as we revitalize our 1890 building.  Please support this worthwhile effort.  Donations are tax deductible. Thank you for doing your part in preserving our heritage.
